Overnight

Greet potential members, handle front desk tasks including check-ins, new member sign-ups, tours, and account changes, and facilitate member service issues by forwarding them to management as needed. Maintain club cleanliness and ensure a positive member experience through active listening, empathy, and problem-solving during interactions with customers and coworkers. Complete one hour of deep cleaning and one hour of continued training per shift, with full 8-hour rotations. Requires strong customer service skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to stand, walk, and talk for 75% of the shift while lifting up to 50 lbs less than 30% of the time.
