Job Summary
Overnight Part Time Concierge at Planned Companies in Hoboken, NJ. Front Desk Associate/Doorman responsibilities include greeting and directing tenants, guests, and vendors; booking reservations at restaurants, hotels, and entertainment venues; planning and organizing on-site events; guiding visitors to local attractions and services; handling mail, deliveries, and vendor paperwork; monitoring the lobby and managing keys/access cards. Requires 3+ years of customer service, strong communication and computer skills, knowledge of local attractions, and the ability to multitask and lift up to 50 lbs. Shift is Friday and Saturday nights (11pm–7am); benefits available for full-time and part-time staff.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication and basic computer skills
- Knowledge of local attractions and establishments
- Polite, friendly, self-assured and able to multitask with good time-management
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs when needed
