Job Summary
Review assigned routes, drive the parking lot sweeper, and operate specialized equipment to clean shopping centers and parking lots. Complete pre- and post-trip inspections, handle materials according to safety procedures, and accurately complete required logs and paperwork. Immediately report equipment issues, incidents, or safety concerns to supervisors. Maintain regular attendance while responding effectively to changing conditions and traffic protocols.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED
- 1 year driving experience
- Driver's License
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must maintain an acceptable driving record
- Must successfully pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check
- Must successfully pass a background check
- Must successfully pass a DOT physical
- Must successfully pass a drug screening
- Ability to follow safety procedures
- Ability to conduct inspections
- Ability to operate equipment responsibly
- Ability to comply with all traffic, site, and regulatory requirements
- Strong ability to plan routes
- Ability to complete work efficiently and accurately
- Ability to adapt to changing conditions
- Ability to maintain consistent, dependable attendance
- Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors and teammates
- Ability to represent the Company professionally
- Ability to promptly report equipment issues, incidents, or safety concerns
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75lbs at varying heights, including overhead
- Ability to operate specialized equipment
- Ability to use hand controls, foot controls, and fine motor skills
- Ability to use appropriate PPE, including high-visibility apparel, eye, ear, hand, foot, head, lung, and skin protection
