Job Summary

Drive the parking lot sweeper and operate specialized equipment to clean assigned routes at shopping centers and parking lots, ensuring areas are clean and well-maintained. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of all equipment, review route details prior to departure, and complete jobs within allotted timeframes while adhering to traffic laws and site protocols. Handle materials securely, accurately complete logs and manifests, and report equipment issues, malfunctions, or safety concerns immediately. Maintain a professional appearance, communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, and respond promptly to changing conditions or challenges. Work outdoors in all weather conditions, lifting up to 75 lbs, while wearing required PPE. Report to work on time for 3rd shift coverage in Walton Hills, OH.

Required Qualifications

  • High School or GED
  • Driver's License
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must maintain an acceptable driving record
  • Must successfully pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check
  • Must successfully pass a background check
  • Must successfully pass a DOT physical
  • Must successfully pass a drug screening
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75lbs at varying heights, including overhead
  • Ability to follow safety procedures
  • Ability to conduct inspections
  • Ability to operate equipment responsibly
  • Ability to comply with all traffic, site, and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to plan routes
  • Ability to complete work efficiently and accurately
  • Ability to adapt to changing conditions
