Required Qualifications

• •Driver's License
• •Must be at least 21 years of age
• •Must maintain an acceptable driving record
• •Must successfully pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check
• •Must successfully pass a background check

• •Ability to lift and carry up to 75lbs at varying heights, including overhead
• •Ability to follow safety procedures
• •Ability to conduct inspections
• •Ability to operate equipment responsibly
• •Ability to comply with all traffic, site, and regulatory requirements
• •Ability to plan routes
• •Ability to complete work efficiently and accurately
• •Ability to adapt to changing conditions
• •Ability to maintain consistent, dependable attendance
• •Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors and teammates
• •Ability to represent the Company professionally
• •Ability to promptly report equipment issues, incidents, or safety concerns

• •Must be able to ensure all safety features are operational before beginning route
• •Must be able to review assigned routes thoroughly prior to departure
• •Must be able to be proactive in asking clarifying questions if the route or expectations are unclear
• •Must be able to complete assigned jobs within the allotted timeframe
• •Must be able to maintain expected quality and attention to detail
• •Must be able to follow all traffic laws
• •Must be able to follow company safety procedures
• •Must be able to follow site-specific protocols
• •Must be able to exercise additional caution during inclement weather or challenging site conditions
• •Must be able to handle materials safely and securely
• •Must be able to apply correct procedures for material types and disposal sites
• •Must be able to report any equipment issues, malfunctions, near misses, crashes, or injuries within 30 minutes or as soon as safely possible

• •Must be able to communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients when needed
• •Must be able to accurately complete required logs, manifests, and forms
• •Must be able to drive the parking lot sweeper
• •Must be able to operate specialized equipment
