Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role living on-campus to supervise and guide a group of 8–13 students in a family-style home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with transition to a Placed Houseparent living-and-working arrangement. Compensation is $44,768 per person (approximately $168,000 total per couple) plus comprehensive benefits and relocation/training support.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to live on-campus in a student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Comfort with Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
