Two-person, Full-time Flex Houseparents living on campus to supervise 8–13 students, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications and ensuring student wellness, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially supporting various student homes with a nine-on/three-off schedule, the role transitions into a placed houseparent living with the same group of students.
