Job Summary
Full-time on-campus role as Flex Houseparents for a two-person married couple. They reside in student homes with 8–13 students, providing supervision, guidance, supervision of routines, medication administration, transportation to activities, and leadership for daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. The position moves from initial nine-days-on / three-days-off duty to a Placed Houseparent assignment with the same student group, offering a structured, family-like environment and the chance to support students’ academic, emotional, and social development. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse requirement (both spouses must apply)
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Comfort leading students in devotions and Judeo-Christian Chapel services
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
