Full-time dual-role housing-family-care position at Milton Hershey School for on-campus student homes. Married couples reside with approximately 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and support; responsibilities include managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially, couples operate nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students.
