Full-time Flex Houseparents sought to reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School. A two-person, married-couple role providing care, supervision, and mentorship for approximately 8–13 students per home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially, duty is nine consecutive days on followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with total compensation around $168,000 per couple, comprehensive insurance, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO. Qualified applicants must have youth-related experience, be part of a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a HS diploma or GED.
