Job Summary
Overnight, on-campus two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role for a legally married couple to live in student homes and supervise 8–13 youths. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, administering medications, planning and driving to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent in the same student home. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student home vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Both spouses must be age 27+ and have been married at least two years; position is on-campus and involves a two-person, family-like living arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two spouses must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Willingness to reside on-campus in student homes
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
