Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents for married couples, living on campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, providing care, supervision, and mentorship to groups of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, managing household budgets and reporting, and transitioning from initial placement in multiple student homes to a stable, single home placement. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must be 27 or older. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided, with a benefits package and a starting salary of $44,768 per person (approx. $168,000 total per couple). The role begins with a nine-day-on, three-days-off schedule and may transition to a fixed, placed houseparent assignment.”,
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-year marriage minimum for both spouses
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

- Ability to reside on-campus and commit to student welfare
