Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) reside on campus in student homes to supervise and mentor a group of roughly 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The role includes eventual placement as a Houseparent in the same student home, with a recurring nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, on a campus that enforces a smoke-free, weapon-free environment.
