Full-time Flex Houseparents needed at Milton Hershey School to live on campus and care for a group of 8–13 students in an on-site home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting. Initially, staff work nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same student group in their own home. Qualified couples must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, hold a high school diploma or GED, have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to become certified to drive student home vans, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; benefits include medical, dental, vision, and retirement options. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
