Job Summary
Two-person, married couple needed as Full-time Flex Houseparents living on campus to supervise approximately 8–13 students in a student home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students in their own home. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- ability to lift to 50 lbs
- two-person married couple at least two years married
- two spouses age 27 or older
- ability to work on-campus in student homes
- commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- no alcohol on duty
- proven integrity and professionalism
- willingness to participate in devotions and chapel services
