Job Summary
Full-time two-person Flex Houseparent role for married couples residing in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role after initial nine-on/three-off duty cycles. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with total compensation per couple around $168,000, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, paid training, and paid time off. Must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This role requires commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty and entails on-campus residence with youth in a structured home setting.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
