Overnight, full-time Flex Houseparents on an on-campus student home, a two-person, married-couple role providing supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, and active engagement in developmental and devotional activities for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily routines, budgeting and reporting, and leading Sunday Chapel; initial nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a single student-home where the couple continues living and working with the same group. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance; requires both spouses to complete individual applications. High school diploma or GED required; valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student vans; ability to lift 50 lbs; commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus.
