Job Summary
Overnight outdoor guest service position at Temecula KOA at Vail Lake Resort. Responsibilities include delivering high-level customer service consistent with the park’s philosophy, ensuring guest and property safety, coordinating with office staff for late arrivals and problem resolution, operating the Campground Management system, using Microsoft Teams for communication, enforcing campground policies, proactive guest management, welcoming after-hours guests and processing check-ins, light custodial and pool maintenance, and assisting with day-use passes for mountain bike guests. Requires strong customer service and communication skills, ability to work with others and independently, a valid license to operate light vehicles, professional appearance, the ability to stay on feet and lift at least 50 lbs, and thriving in a fast-paced environment. Working hours are full-time, 32-40 hours/week, Thursday through Monday, between 9pm and 7am. Salary starts at $19/hour and depends on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Good customer service and communications skills
- Able to work with others and work independently
- Licensed Driver—able to operate light vehicles safely on and off property
- Professional appearance and attitude towards guests and fellow team members
- Communicate professionally and patiently
- Be on your feet during shift and able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- General knowledge of maintenance and use of common repair tools
