Job Summary
Overnight Outdoor Guest Service at Temecula KOA Vail Lake Resort seeks an enthusiastic hospitality team member to deliver high-level guest service and support a safe, enjoyable campground experience. Responsibilities include ensuring guest satisfaction, assisting with late arrivals, coordinating with office staff for problem resolution and check-ins, operating the Campground Management system, enforcing park policies, maintaining a positive environment, light custodial work, and light pool maintenance. The role requires night shifts (9pm-7am), full-time hours (32-40 per week, Thursday through Monday), and a valid driver’s license. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs; good communication and teamwork are essential; proficiency with Microsoft Teams is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Good customer service and communications skills
- Able to work with others and work independently
- Licensed Driver - able to operate light vehicles safely on and off property
- Professional Appearance and attitude towards guests and fellow team members
- Communicate professionally and patiently
- Be on your feet during shift and able to lift at least 50 lbs
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- General knowledge of maintenance and use of common repair tools
