Job Summary
Provide comprehensive nursing care, including routine health needs and medical emergencies, while administering and documenting medications accurately. Conduct timely health assessments, monitor vital signs and mood, coordinate lab work, and accompany residents to medical appointments. Communicate medical information to parents and the Treatment Team, collaborate with therapists on treatment plans, and participate in an on-call rotation for 24/7 support. Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate clinical documentation. Work Mon-Wed nights (10pm-8am) as part-time staff.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Active LPN or RN license in the State of Utah
- Valid Utah driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a Utah State background check
- Proficiency in medical terminology, clinical charting, and medication administration
- Skilled in physical health assessments and standard nursing tools
- Comfortable with word processing software and basic network navigation
- CAQH profile and NPI number required for credentialing
