Job Summary
Provide comprehensive nursing care, including routine health needs and medical emergencies, while administering and documenting medications accurately. Conduct timely health assessments, monitor vital signs and behavioral indicators, and coordinate lab work or accompany residents to medical appointments. Communicate relevant medical information to parents and the treatment team, collaborate with therapists to support care plans, and maintain HIPAA compliance. Participate in an on-call rotation ensuring 24/7 medical support for adolescent girls in a behavioral health setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Active LPN or RN license in the State of Utah
- Valid Utah driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a Utah State background check
- Proficiency in medical terminology, clinical charting, and medication administration
- Skilled in physical health assessments and standard nursing tools
- Comfortable with word processing software and basic network navigation
- CAQH profile and NPI number required for credentialing
