Job Summary
Overnight Nurse Aid role supporting CNAs in Veterans and Seniors in the Greater St. Cloud area. Responsibilities include assisting with all personal care needs, mealtime support, completing required documentation, housekeeping tasks, and maintaining client confidentiality. Schedule is flexible with opportunities to specify days and hours; 7am-3pm shifts may be mandated if replacement isn't available. Starting wage is $18/hour for Caregivers and $20/hour for CNAs, with CNA training program after 5 months and wage increase to $20/hour upon certification. Benefits include annual reviews, weekly pay, PTO, 24/7 support, and opportunities for education advancement. Must have HS diploma/GED, be at least 21, possess excellent communication skills, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, hold a valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving, and maintain a clean driving record.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand and lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
- Must have had driver's license for at least 3 years
- Clean driving record
- Experience assisting with personal care, mealtime, documentation, housekeeping, and confidentiality (as described)
- Ability to work with male and female clients
