Job Summary
Overnight Mental Health Technician (Client Coordinator) supports clients in an adult residential setting with direct care, transportation to activities/appointments, behavioral observation, medication self-administration support, maintaining a clean/organized environment, leading recovery-focused group activities, and adhering to safety protocols. Requires strong communication, empathy, patience, and familiarity with clinical terminology; proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and Google Suite is preferred. Schedule is Tue-Sat nights in McLean, VA with 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Ability to work nights (Tue-Sat 10:30pm-7:00am)
- Ability to pass background checks
