Job Summary
Provide warm, engaging personal care services and support companionship to residents by assisting them with activities of daily living. Monitor changes in residents' day and personal care needs to collaborate with nursing staff on updating Resident Care Plans. Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities while maintaining a compassionate approach. This full-time overnight shift requires a current state certification as a CNA/HHA/CHHA with Medication Aide certification as a plus.
