Job Summary
Overnight Member Services Representative at Planet Fitness responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to members and guests, handling front-desk duties, checking in members, new member sign-ups, giving tours, updating accounts, responding to questions, maintaining club cleanliness, closing the shift, and preparing the next day’s bank deposit. Requires high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, ability to work the 3rd shift, strong communication and computer skills, a positive attitude, punctuality, reliability, empathy, diplomacy, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work 3rd shift (overnights)
- Continual standing and walking during shift
- Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift
