Job Summary
Overnight Member Services Rep duties include greeting members/guests, answering phones, assisting callers with information, conducting tours for prospective members, driving sales, and performing regular cleaning/sanitizing of the club while working a 3rd-shift schedule. The role requires strong customer service, problem-solving, basic computer proficiency, punctuality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check; CPR/AED certification is required prior to employment and maintenance of certification. The position is full-time and subject to E-Verify, with benefits including medical/dental/vision for full-time staff and a 401(k) plan after 12 months. Location is within the Houston Fitness Partners Planet Fitness franchise and may involve working at any Planet Fitness location within that franchise.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pass a background check
- Willing to become CPR/AED Certified prior to gaining employment and maintain certification
- Able to work 3rd shift (overnight)
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to manage multiple responsibilities and provide customer service effectively
