Job Summary
Overnight Member Experience Associate at Club Brands (Arnold, MO). Responsibilities include greeting members and guests with a friendly, positive attitude; conducting engaging tours for prospective members; maintaining cleanliness of the club and locker rooms; responding promptly to member requests and concerns; processing retail and concession sales; assisting members with tanning and recovery amenities; maintaining a clean front desk area and completing opening/closing procedures; and completing timely member incident reports. Kids Club duties may be required, including checking children in/out, maintaining a safe environment, cleaning/disinfecting toys and facilities, and communicating with parents. Must be able to work overnight shifts on a schedule that includes Sundays through Saturdays, with flexibility for holidays and weekends. Strong customer service, communication, problem solving, multitasking, and attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to work independently. Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and handle overnight shifts
- Flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
- Ability to stand, walk or sit for up to 8 hours and lift up to 25 pounds
