Overnight Manager

Plan shifts, monitor performance, and ensure the team meets McDonald's standards for food safety, quality production, and customer service. Manage inventory, oversee daily maintenance and cleanliness, handle safety and security, and close the restaurant in the evening or night. Lead crew and other managers during shifts to guarantee fast, accurate, and friendly experiences while helping departments meet their goals. Work flexible schedules during all dayparts, including 4pm to 1am or 8pm to 5am, with opportunities for tuition assistance and career advancement.
