Job Summary
Overnight Manager responsible for overseeing overnight operations across Front Desk, Guest Services and other departments at Hotel Jerome (Auberge Collection) in Aspen. Manage nightly guest needs, ensure quality standards, support Front Office and Security during overnight hours, review arrivals for VIPs, communicate with key team members, and ensure the overnight shift sets up the AM shift for success. Requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience and prior Front Office, Night Audit, or Accounting experience; must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Hotel offers comprehensive benefits and an exempt, full-time schedule with compensation in the $70k–$80k/year range.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a supervisor
- Previous Front Office, Night Audit, or Accounting Experience Required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays for the overnight shift
