Job Summary
Provide one-on-one pediatric home health nursing in patients' homes, focusing on infants, children, and/or adolescents per physician plan of care. Responsibilities include ongoing patient care and assessments, administration of prescribed medications and therapies, coordination of care, educating families on clinical care to improve outcomes, and implementing preventative measures to maintain quality of care.
Required Qualifications
