Job Summary
Overnight LPN needed to support the Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) unit in a 24-hour crisis stabilization setting. Provide specialized care to adults, monitor medication self-administration, assess physical medical issues, facilitate health and wellness groups, deliver strength-based and solution-focused treatment interventions, encourage WRAP and risk management plans, complete shift documentation, and participate in ongoing required trainings. Schedule is part-time, 16 hours/week, overnight Friday and Saturday 11pm–7am. Salary range listed reflects full-time equivalence; includes shift differentials. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and LPN license in Massachusetts. One year of acute mental health or dual diagnosis experience is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (Diploma/Associates/or Bachelor’s degree)
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration
- 1-year experience in an acute mental health and/or dual diagnosis setting (preferred)
