Job Summary
Patrol hotel property, monitor surveillance equipment, and access points to safeguard guests, employees, and assets. Initiate investigations of crimes, write incident reports, and document all contacts while maintaining accurate shift logs and codebook records. Answer house calls to assist guests and employees with safety concerns and ensure alarm, fire, and security systems are functioning correctly. Act as a backup shuttle van driver during the 3rd shift from 11pm to 7am on Saturdays and Sundays. Maintain composure and customer service orientation while prioritizing safety as the top concern for Concord Hospitality's Crabtree location.
