Job Summary
Conduct overnight patrols, monitor surveillance equipment, and secure access points to ensure the safety of Hotel Revival's 107 guests. Respond immediately to guest concerns, diffuse conflicts with hospitality, and address emergencies while coordinating with local law enforcement. Maintain accurate paper and electronic logs, process incident reports, and lock event spaces as directed. Log lost and found items and monitor for signs of intoxication to limit liability. Ensure all safety equipment is maintained and that OSHA and emergency procedures are followed.
