Job Summary
Operate and monitor a crushing facility while performing routine equipment and plant maintenance. Manage production equipment such as haul trucks, wheeled loaders, or skid steers as needed. Conduct safety and maintenance inspections throughout the shift, including clean-up around the site. Work outdoors in varied weather conditions with a commitment to safety excellence. Overtime is required as needed and may include Saturdays. Candidates must have one year of production experience and knowledge of wash plant and crusher equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Uncompromising focus on safety excellence
- 1+ years of experience operating a crushing plant
- Previous fixed plant maintenance or related industry experience
- Knowledge of wash plant and crusher equipment
- Able to do safety and maintenance inspections throughout the day
- Capable of demonstrating equipment and troubleshooting knowledge
- Ability to understand basic safety and work instruction
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Team player mentality
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
- Working outdoors in varied weather conditions with the probability of dust, noise, heat, and cold
- Overtime is required as needed and may include Saturdays
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience operating a crushing plant preferred
- Experience working with crushers, conveyors and screens preferred
