Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while handling front desk activities such as answering phones, checking members in, managing new sign-ups, and taking tours. Facilitate account updates, respond to member concerns, and elevate issues to management as needed. Travel to different Planet Fitness locations to assist with overnight shift duties, train other team members, and maintain club cleanliness. Communicate daily agendas with management. Requires overnight shift experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to work Monday–Thursday 10pm–6am and Sunday 11:30pm–6am.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- Able to work the overngith schedule: Monday-Thursday 10pm-6am and Sunday 11:30pm-6am
- Punctuality and reliability
- Must be able to occassionally lift up to 50 lbs
