Job Summary
Overnight Lead Guest Services Team Member at Pilot Company who will lead a shift of 1–2 cashiers to process cash, credit, and debit transactions, complete end-of-shift reports, and ensure quality guest service. Responsibilities include handling guest complaints, managing break schedules, assisting with travel center functions (deli, cleaning showers/restrooms, stocking, making coffee), and promoting products through suggested selling. Requires excellent customer service, teamwork, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Role involves compliance with store policies on restricted merchandise (alcohol, tobacco); background check required; extensive training provided. Expect pay in the starting range of $17.60–$20.75 per hour with benefits and opportunities typical for full-time positions.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
