Job Summary
Overnight Lead Food Services Team Member responsible for supervising restaurant activities during non-peak hours, executing shift plans, guiding team members, and ensuring Brand and PTC standards are met. Key duties include monitoring food prep and cash handling, maintaining hospitality and Speed of Service goals, directing team members on shift, enforcing cleanliness and safety, managing labor and break policies, supporting training and cross-training, and upholding Brand/PTC processes. The role emphasizes leadership during night hours, adherence to dress codes, product availability and freshness, and collaboration with the Restaurant General Manager on performance and discipline.
