Job Summary
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards while monitoring prep levels and managing incoming goods. Maintain a clean, organized prep station and operate kitchen equipment such as deep fryers and slicers. Engage with guests during food preparation and ensure all dishes meet quality expectations. Work overnight shifts from 10 pm to 7 am or weekends from 2 pm to 10 pm. Must be 18 years or older, authorized to work in the U.S., and possess a high school diploma or GED.
Required Qualifications
- Must have availability to work from 2 pm to 10 pm on weekends!
- Or overnight Shifs 10pm-7am!
- High School Diploma or GED (or willingness to complete our company-paid GED program)
- 1 year of food service experience
- Ability to work various shifts, including days, nights, overnights, and weekends
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and be 18 years of age or older
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Certifications: Active ServSafe certification or similar qualifications
- Tech Skills: Familiarity with POS software
- Skills: Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to speak and understand Korean is preferred
