Overnight Inpatient Hospice RN

Night shift Registered Nurse – Inpatient provides direct nursing care for life-limiting illnesses in an inpatient/hospice setting. Responsibilities include utilizing the Nursing Process to manage each patient's Plan of Care, educating patients and families, documenting per agency policies and regulatory requirements, delegating care to Nursing Assistants, and maintaining an independent, effective practice. Requires RN licensure in North Carolina and education consistent with RN/BSN pathways, with at least two years of experience (preferably in home care or hospice/oncology). Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays on a rotating schedule (7 PM–7 AM).
