Job Summary
Stock housekeeping carts, deliver linens and supplies to guest rooms, and assist with cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness in public areas and support room resets. Ensure both guest rooms and common areas meet HVMG's cleanliness standards while providing behind-the-scenes support for the housekeeping team. Report to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Executive Housekeeper. This role requires availability for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a warm, professional demeanor reflecting our Culture of Excellence. Required Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
