Job Summary
Deep clean all public areas, polish tile floors with scrubbing machines, and pressure wash exterior walls, sidewalks, and parking garages. Operate lift trucks, golf carts, and specialized equipment including carpet extractors, vacuums, and floor buffers to maintain common areas, gardens, and entrances. Refill chemical and paper dispensers, manage trash and debris removal, and perform route maintenance on equipment per operator manuals. Communicate via radio with supervisors and team members while reporting incidents, accidents, property damage, and maintenance issues immediately. Adhere to OSHA practices, wear assigned PPE, and place wet floor signs as needed. Work the overnight shift from 11 PM to 7:30 AM ensuring a safe, sanitized environment for all customers.
Required Qualifications
- Interpret documents such as safety rules; MSDA; operations and maintenance instructions, employee handbook etc.
- Communicate verbally and effectively with guests and co-workers
- Always maintain professionalism, demonstrating courtesy and respect to customers and co-workers
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to operate Scrubbing Machines (Raider or Walk Behind) or Floor Buffer
- Must be able to operate Pressure Washing Machines
- Must be able to operate Electrical Escalator Vacuum
- Must be able to operate Lift
- Must be able to operate Carpet Extractor
- Must be able to operate Wet or Dry Vacuum
- Must be able to drive Golf cart or truck with trailer attachment
- Must be able to operate Washer and Dryer Machine
- Must be able to follow OSHA practices and wear assigned personal protective equipment
- Must be able to perform route maintenance to keep equipment in working conditions
- Must be able to place wet floor signs on the floor when running scrubbers and remove them when the floor is dry
- Must be able to report incidents, accidents, property damage, lost/recovered property, personal injury, and maintenance issues to supervisor immediately
- Must be able to report light features off, oil spills, property lost, and uncommon visitor movement to security department
