Job Summary
Overnight Shift Manager at Burger King overseeing the shift execution to drive profitability, guest service, people development, and operations. Reports to the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, directly manages a shift of Team Members, ensures cash control and security procedures, inventories, and timely preparation and sale of products while upholding brand standards. Responsibilities include coaching Team Members, implementing shift plans, resolving issues, driving operational results, and maintaining high-quality guest service in a fast-paced environment. Requires 18+, High School Diploma or GED (2 years college preferred), 1-2 years of quick-service experience, ServSafe Management Certification, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
