Job Summary
Overnight Hotel Shuttle Driver transports hotel guests to/from the hotel and local destinations (airports, attractions, transportation hubs) with a focus on safety and customer service. Responsibilities include operating shuttle vehicle per traffic laws, greeting guests, assisting with luggage, maintaining a clean vehicle, adhering to shuttle schedules, fueling and maintaining the vehicle, providing information about hotel services and local attractions, reporting vehicle issues, and following hotel safety procedures. Requires a valid license with a clean driving record, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, strong communication skills, and availability to work overnight, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Previous driving experience, preferably in a customer service or hospitality environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local area and attractions is a plus
- Ability to work overnight, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
