Job Summary
Overnight Lot Auditor responsible for auditing parking lot operations, monitoring vehicle activity, and ensuring safety and guest service during the overnight shift. Duties include conducting audits of ticketing and revenue, reconciling records, logging vehicle entries/exits, using security systems to track movements, preparing shift reports, performing regular lot inspections for safety and security, maintaining lot cleanliness and equipment, and delivering professional guest service with clear radio communication. Requires ability to work outdoors in varied weather, stand/walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate overnight hours; must possess a valid driver’s license, clean background, and reliable transportation. Education: high school diploma/GED; compensation is hourly with overtime per FLSA; non-exempt status; full-time/part-time schedule with rate $18/hour.
