Job Summary
Conduct thorough cleaning and maintenance of all public areas and perform nightly security walks to ensure guest safety. Assist with guest services by handling enquiries and providing friendly support throughout the overnight shift. Execute nightly audit procedures for accurate financial records, complete banking, and process vouchers in line with company policies. This role involves working alone overnight at Balgownie Estate, a luxury Yarra Valley destination, requiring strong reliability, physical stamina, and full permanent working rights in Australia. Weekend availability is essential, and applicants must have their own transport due to the lack of public access.
Required Qualifications
- Previous roles in hospitality, administration, cleaning, or customer service
- Valid Food Safety certificate and RSA
- First Aid and CPR accredited
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Excellent personal presentation, communication, and time management skills
- Current police check
- Capacity to perform physical tasks for extended periods, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and climbing stairs
- Strong reliability
- Full permanent working rights in Australia with no restrictions
- Weekend availability
- Own transport
