Job Summary
Assist clients with activities of daily living, including transferring, bathing, dressing, and preparing meals according to instructions. Perform housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, changing linens, and cleaning bathrooms. Accompany clients on errands or medical appointments, provide medication reminders, and assist with prescribed range of motion exercises. Offer dementia care and companionship activities like reading or puzzles. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and ability to lift 50 lbs. CNA or HHA certification is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job
- Possess a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
- Pass a background check
Desired Qualifications
- High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred
- CNA license, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide certification preferred
