Job Summary
Provide overnight guest support on-site between 12am and 8am, remaining available to assist with lockouts, noise complaints, urgent maintenance, or emergencies. Stay calm and composed when responding to requests, utilizing practical judgment to resolve issues independently. Receive a stay allowance covering up to one hour of assistance, with additional time paid separately under the Hospitality Industry (General) Award. This role requires reliability, good communication, and the ability to work autonomously in a quiet environment where most nights are low-volume.
