Job Summary
Overnight Night Auditor and Guest Service Agent responsible for greeting and checking in guests, registering rooms, balancing daily receipts, and performing nightly audits. Tasks include processing payments and credit authorizations, maintaining accurate room and guest records in the property management system, coordinating with overnight housekeeping and maintenance, making reservations, addressing guest inquiries, and providing information on hotel services and local attractions. Must ensure security and safety during overnight shifts, handle guest concerns, and escalate issues to management as needed. Requires strong communication skills, hospitality experience, bookkeeping proficiency, ability to work independently overnight including weekends/holidays, and proficiency with property management systems and office software. The role is full-time and located in Denver, Colorado.*
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
- Proficiency in basic bookkeeping and balancing financial transactions
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using property management systems and office software
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
