Job Summary
Deliver outstanding service by assisting guests, managing transactions accurately, and projecting a positive image. Keep shelves stocked and displays organized while maintaining a pristine store through sweeping, mopping, and cleaning interior and exterior areas. Support the team with cashiering and porter services, and handle cash following company policies for accurate recording. Work overnight shifts from 10 pm to 7 am with flexibility for days, nights, and weekends. You must be 18 or older, authorized to work in the U.S., and pass background checks and drug screenings. High school diploma or GED required; one year of retail experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
- 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred)
- Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
- Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Active ServSafe certification, or a similar qualification
- Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software
