Job Summary
Conduct overnight store operations by replenishing product, maintaining shelf price tags and signage, and ensuring proper cooler and freezer conditioning. Deliver courteous, knowledgeable service to customers while promoting and executing consistent, compliant operating conditions. Monitor inventory levels, review products for quality and freshness, and report any discrepancies or safety hazards to management. Adhere to all food safety guidelines, sanitation standards, and regulatory compliance requirements including USDA and COOL. Maintain an inclusive environment by supporting team collaboration and embracing diverse backgrounds.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check
- Strong customer service skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, motivational and communication skills
- English
