Job Summary
Provide nursing assessment, health education, vital signs monitoring, and collaboration with Crisis Support Staff in a 24/7 Behavioral Health and Substance Use crisis setting. Perform nursing interventions and medical assessments, document in EHR, and implement care plans; participate in interdisciplinary team; monitor supplies; educate guests; communicate with guests and families; complete mandatory crisis intervention and de-escalation training; requires NY RN license and at least 1 year of experience in behavioral health or substance use; 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, totaling 36 hours per week; compensation includes base pay of $46.77 per hour with a $1.18 overnight differential; reports to Site Director LCSW of Ulster County Support Center.
